It is one of the cities in the world with an endless supply of shopping, entertainment, culture and food. The history is present in neighborhoods, museums, historic temples and gardens. It is a city that takes care of the natural environment with attractive green spaces right in the center and on the outskirts of the city.

Before it was called Tokyo, it was called Edo. It was a small castle town in the 16th century, but from 1603 it became the political center and the most populous city in the world. In 1868 it became the capital of Japan. It is a city surviving earthquakes.

Tokyo (東京, Tōkyō) is currently the most populous metropolis in the world.
