Shipping and returns costs

Shipping and return costs are NOT free. Shipping and return costs will be paid by the customer.

The web calculates at the moment the cost of the shipment and the rates depending on the place of the world.

As a client, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (in hereinafter, "TRLGDCU").

1. Withdrawal

Withdrawal may be made through customer service with an email to info@sitio.place and the subject "CANCELLATION + ORDER NUMBER".

The maximum period available to the client to send his withdrawal is 14 calendar days from the date he placed the order. The right of withdrawal consists in the fact that you can cancel the order made without having to justify your decision during the fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order was made and you will be reimbursed the price paid.

You must express your intention to withdraw within the indicated period (14 days) and proceed to return the product, reimbursing the price paid.

Withdrawal costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return

The return can be made through customer service with an email to info@sitio.place and the subject "RETURN + ORDER NUMBER".

The customer may return the purchased products in perfect condition (neither damaged nor dirty), properly protected and in their original packaging within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer damage during transport. Once the returned products are received and after checking their good condition, the amount corresponding to the units of the returned product will be refunded using the same means of payment that the customer used for the initial purchase.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The store reserves the right to pass on the expenses generated if the product is not in perfect condition.

The withdrawal or return will not proceed when due to the very nature of the products purchased it is impossible to carry it out, without prejudice to the corresponding claim for damages suffered, specifically:

  • Products are handled according to the indications or specifications of the consumer.
  • Products that have expired within the withdrawal period.
  • Products that are not in perfect condition.
  • Unlabeled products
